How to find joy and balance so daily life doesn’t overwhelm you.

4 steps

4 Steps to Thriving as a Highly Sensitive Woman

What is a highly sensitive person (HSP)? HSPs are often creative, thoughtful, caring, empathic deep thinkers who are easily overwhelmed because they process everything in their environment very deeply.

01

Rest

Tired of feeling exhausted? In this step you will learn how to walk through daily life refreshed, clear headed and energized. Tools you might use to live a more restful life are:

  • Screen free nights

  • Journaling

  • Supplements

  • Guided meditation

  • White noise, music, soundscapes

  • Power naps

02

Connect With Your Tribe

Strong connections greatly impact our mental and physical well-being. In this step you will learn how to surround yourself with people who lift you up and show up for you. Connections you might use to strengthen and lean on:

  • Bodywork practitioners

  • Doctors

  • Therapists

  • Friends & Family

  • Community support groups

03

Declutter

Clearing your mental and physical clutter can greatly impact your stress levels. In this step you will learn how to declutter your internal and external environment, so your daily life doesn’t overwhelm you. Tools you might use to create a peaceful space:

  • Daily planner

  • Thinning out your schedule

  • Saying NO

  • Task blocks

  • Technology breaks

  • Journaling

04

Nourish Your Soul

Doing simple things daily will help you thrive instead of survive your daily life. In this step you will learn to be more present, grounded and self-compassionate. Tools you might use to nourish your soul:

  • Get outdoors

  • Morning routine

  • Meditation

  • Movement

  • Nourishing food & drinks

  • Gratitude journaling

  • Prioritize your passions
